摘要
全人类正共同面临着一场新的人口资源危机,面临着一场新的文明转型,如果没有新技术的革命性突破和全球资源配置体系的革新,人和自然的矛盾将迅速激化,因此必须经过文明的转型,进入新文明时期,从而实现人与自然更大的和谐。
All the mankind is facing a new crisis of human resource and a new transformation of civilization. Without a revolutionary breakthrough in new technology and an innovation in human resource distribution, the conflict of human being with nature will become intensified. In this sense, entrance into a new period of civilization after a transformation of civilization is necessary to fulfill better harmony of human being with nature.
