摘要 通过查阅国外有关力量与内分泌系统的文献资料,对力量训练或练习中激素水平的变化规律及短期与长期的适应机制进行总结。结果发现,力量训练所引起的激素水平变化与训练形式、训练强度、训练负荷总量、训练持续时间、训练水平有直接关系。此外,不同年龄及性别在力量训练引起的激素反应特点与适应规律上也有不同。激素在力量训练中的反应特点有助于制定科学的训练计划,提高内分泌功能及力量水平。定期对激素水平进行测定,可以对训练过程及过度训练给予监控。 Serum hormonal responses to strength training are influenced by multi-factors. Different patterns of high intensity strength training induce distinct hormonal responses, short-term responses and chronic adaptations are the main research concerns. Sexual and individual differences in hormonal responses were observed in the same protocols. Long-term monitoring of serum T、FT and T/C、T/SHBG ratios can be integrated in optimal strength programs and avoiding overtraining.
