摘要 制备了含有品红颜料的喷墨印花用聚氨酯丙烯酸酯油墨的UV固化油墨为。选择了7种光引发剂,在实验条件下测试了其固色速度(时间)为1.97-8.65秒,当引发剂的含量为6%时,固化速度达到最大;当有机颜料的含量由1%上升到5%时,固化时间也由不足1秒上升为6秒。实验结果表明,颜料在油墨中的最佳含量为3%。 UV ink, containing magenta pigment in ink-jet printing, was prepared. The curing speeds of the ink in which seven photoinitiators were included respectively were determined to be 1.97-8.65 seconds by experiments. When the content of photo-initiator was 6%, the curing speed was the fastest; when the content of organic pigment was increased from 1% to 5%, the curing speeds increased from less than 1 second to 6 seconds. The experiment results showed that the optimum content of the pigment was 3%.
