摘要
研究了熊胆茶的肝保护作用及其抗炎免疫作用。结果显示:熊胆茶对四氯化碳(CCL)和D-半乳糖胺(D-Gain)致小鼠的肝损伤有明显的保护作用,可使血清中谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、血清总胆固醇(T-CHO)、丙二醛(MDA)的含量明显降低,使肝脏中糖原(CHO)的含量明显升高,且具有一定的抗炎和提高免疫功能的作用。
The protective effect of Xiongdan tea on mice with chronic hepatic injury induced by CCl4 and D-Galn was studied. Together studied were its anti-inflammation and immunity. The results showed that Xiongdan tea could decrease contents of serum ALT, AST, MDA and total cholesterol, increase contents of serum hepatic glycogen significantly, and had function of anti-inflammation and organism immunity enhancement .
