摘要
通过对激光熔覆涂层反应体系ΔGT的计算及XRD分析得知:TiB2可以原位生成.EPMA表明:TiB2在涂层中弥散分布,涂层硬度显著提高.差热分析(DTA)对反应体系的研究表明:体系的升温速率和化学成分对TiB2的生成有一定影响.
Through the calculation of the laser cladding coating reaction system's ΔGT and XRD analysis, it was known that in-situ synthesized TiB2 could be produced in the coating. EPMA states that TiB2 disperses in the coating. Microhardness of the clad layer increases remarkably. DTA shows that the heating rate and the composition of the system affect the production of TiB2. Microstructure of the coating is dendrite at varying temperature.
