铁质粘土混凝沉淀处理造纸黑液的应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 造纸蒸煮黑液是高浓度、高碱性的有机废水,基于高浓度木质素等难降解物质的存在,使得蒸煮黑液的处理极为困难,而现阶段的碱回收法和酸析法由于受到各方面因素的限制难以普及.采用铁质粘土加适量混凝剂对造纸废水原液及酸洗液进行絮凝强化处理试验,结果表明:COD去除率达50%,浊度去除率可达65.41%,既可大大降低了原水的有机负荷,又可减少混凝剂的投加量,为资金紧张的造纸企业提供了降低污染处理成本的可行途径. The treatment of the black liquid with high concentration and alkaline in paper-making plant is troublesome because of some difficult degradable substances such as lignin.Nowadays methods of the acidulation and the alkaline recovery treatment aren't widely used in small and mid-scaled paper-making plant for limiting factors.The strength treatment experiment by flocculation with ferric clay and appropriate coagulant has been done in this article.The results show that the rate of COD removal is 50%,and the turbidity removal is 65.41%.The treatment method that decreases the organic load of wastewater and the coagulant is effective to treat the pulp wastewater for small and mid-scaled paper-making plants.
