摘要
本文重点谈论了教学工作评估的重要内容之一———学风评估体系中的如何树立教师风范的问题。首先给教师风范下了一个定义 ,然后就学风评估体系中的四个指标 :严谨治学 ,从严执教 ,教书育人 ,提高教学质量进行理论性探讨。
This article is on the problem of the evaluation of university's teaching work.It is mainly talking about how to set excellent examples of teachers in forming a good habit of studying.First,it defines what is the role of teachers,then it discusses the problems in theory on what teachers should do in order to teach students effectively,how teachers keep a balance between love and seriousness to the students,how teachers educate their students,including both knowledge and moral,and how teachers improve their teaching quality,according to five teaching principles.
