摘要
目的 探讨 4种不同浓度的肝素溶液对动脉血气分析和电解质测定值的影响。方法 2 0例患者作为研究对象 ,采用 4组浓度分别为 1 0 0U/ml、1 2 5U/ml、1 0 0 0U/ml、6 2 5 0U/ml的肝素溶液作为抗凝剂对同一患者的动脉血进行检测 ,比较血气分析和电解质的测定值。结果 4组测定的 pH、PO2 值差异显著 ,P <0 .0 5 ;Ca2 + 值差异非常显著 ,P <0 .0 1 ;其余各项测定值 ,4组之间无显著性差异。结论 选择浓度为 1 0
Objective To study the influence of different heparin concentrations on arterial blood gas analysis and electrolyte measurements.Methods The subjects were 20 patients whose arterial blood gas and electrolytes were measured at the same time with 4 different heparin concentrations (100 U/ml,125 U/ml, 1 000 U/ml and 6 250 U/ml) as the anticoagulants.Results There was significant difference in pH and PO 2 (P<0.05), and very significant difference in Ca 2+ (P< 0.01).Conclusion The 100 U/ml heparin concentration was superior to the other three concentrations in that it had less influence on blood gas analysis and electrolyte measurements.
