摘要
文章针对垃圾处理设施在我国的落后状态及其与现代化城市建设极不相适应的严重局面,提出了垃圾处理设施应成为城市基础设施之一列入城市总体规划中去的必要性。 为了在城市规划中预留垃圾处理设施的空间,本文探讨了垃圾处理设施规划的方法,并从我国城市垃圾排放量的年变化、月变化特性的分析,探索出了一条定量化规划的途径,它将为我国城市垃圾的处理提供空间规划依据。
Based upon the situation of urban construction in our country. The paper emphasis the necessity for refuse disposal facilities which are an important problem of urban-infra-structure and are taken into unban planing for salving the urban refuse problem. In the present work, a method of the disposal facilities planning and analysis of character of urban refuse during years or monthes are studies for saving reserved land-space of the refuse disposal facilities. Finally, a way of quantitative planning and theoritical base of space planning for the refuse disposal in our country are proposed.
