摘要
由于黄河小浪底水电站存在过机水流泥沙含量高和水头变幅大双重技术难题,机组过流部件抗泥沙磨损运行的安全性、可靠性等技术问题直接关系到机组汛期可否安全经济运行。为此,在水轮机的参数选择、结构设计、过流部件表面抗磨防护措施等方面的设计中采取了有针对性的综合治理措施,取得了良好的效果。
Because two technical difficulties of high sand content flow and big varying water head encountered in the operation of the Xiaolangdi Hydropower Station, the safety and reliability of the anti-abrasion operation of the wetted parts of generating unit are directly related to the safe and economic operation of the unit during the flood season. For this reason, some comprehensive treatment measures were adopted in the design of its structures, surface anti-abrasion and prevention of the wetted spare parts and the parameter selection of turbine, which has gained good effectiveness.
