摘要
对具有变工况工作特点装备的性能综合评估方法进行了研究,分析了传统的模糊和神经网络综合评估方法所存在的不足,提出了一种利用性能参数间的物理关系,以退化状态与基准状态的特性间的距离为指标,以不同工况下的工作概率为权重的综合评估方法;建立了变工况工作装备性能退化的综合模型;并通过实例分析说明了该综合模型在实际应用中的可行性,对装备的使用与维修决策具有指导意义。
This paper studies the performance integration evaluation methods of equipment with variable working conditions,analyzes the shortcomings of conventional fuzzy and neural network integration evaluation methods,brings forward an integration method based on the physical relation between the performance parameters. Taking the distances between the degenerating conditions and the reference condition as criterion and the working probability as weight,this paper establishes the performance degenerating integration model of equipment with variable working conditions and demonstrates the feasibility of the integration method in practice with an example.It may be a guide for the maintaining decision of equipment with variable working conditions.
