造血干细胞移植患者的肝静脉阻塞症 被引量：1

摘要 肝静脉阻塞症(VOD)是大剂量放疗/化疗毒性的最严重的并发症之一。近10年来发病率和严重程度有下降趋势,但目前在异基因外周血干细胞移植时VOD的发生率仍达20％～40％,死亡率为50％～70％。本文对造血干细胞移植后VOD的发生率、危险因素及临床诊断防治的最新研究进展进行综述。
