摘要
本文提出根据实测的有效波高Ⅱ,平均周期T及谱峰(ω_0,P)来确定风浪频谱的变分原理。应用这一变分原理导出的JONSWAP谱,其谱峰位于(ω_0,P),而且在满足关系式H=4.0m_0^(1/2),T=2π(m_0/m_2)^(1/2)或T=2π(m_0/m_2)方面是最佳近似解。本文还给出严格满足上述关系式的改进的JONSWAP谱,其表达式与原有的JONSWAP谱一样,但所有的参数都是分两段(ω≤ω_0,ω>ω_0)给出的。
This paper presents the variational principle for deriving wind wave frequency spectrum based on measured significant wave height H, average period T and spectral peak (ω., P ). For the JONSWAP spectrum derived by using this variational principle, the spectral peak is located on (ω., P ), and the optimum solution is given for satisfying the following equations:H = 4. 0 m0, T = 2π(m0/m1) or T = 2a m0/m2 . This paper also gives the improved JONSWAP spectrum satisfied above equations strictly, its expression is the same as original JONSWAP spectrum, but all the parameters are given by two sections (ω≤ω0,ω>ω0).
