摘要
在薄板加工、金属冲压以及冲压模设计等材料成型加工中,加工对象的适当排列和布置很重要。本文介绍了金属成型布料优化的方法,尤其是如何确定优化目标函数及约束条件;并在AutoCAD平台上,利用VisualLisp编程语言和Fortran程序语言实现布料的优化。
In materials-processing such as sheet-metal working , metal stamping and die design ,the proper arrangement and layout of the objects are important. This article describes the method of optimizing the layout of the materials in metal-processing ,especially defining objective functions and restricted conditions of optimisation, and applies Visual Lisp programming language,Fortran language to realize them based on AutoCAD plane.
