摘要
目的 :研究川崎病 (KD)患儿急性期后 1a~ 3a血脂的变化。方法 :对 30例 (研究组 )曾有KD病史的患儿分别在急性期后 1a~ 2a、2a~ 3a两阶段测定血脂参数 ,用氧化酶法测定甘油三脂 (TG)、总胆固醇 (TC) ,用直接法测定低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (LDL C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL C)。并与 30例 (对照组 )年龄与性别比例相仿的健康儿血脂进行对照分析。结果 :研究组HDL C在第一阶段和第二阶段均明显降低 ,与对照组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,但两阶段比较差异不显著 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;两阶段TC有所降低而TG和LDL C有所升高 ,但分别与对照组比较及两阶段比较均无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :KD患儿急性期后 1a~ 3a存在明显血脂代谢异常 ,且在这期间并没有随时间的推移有改善的趋势 。
Objective:To study the changes of serum lipid values in children who had acute Kawasaki disease(KD)1~3 years previously.Methods:In a total of 30 with a history of KD,we measured serum concentrations of total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG)using enzymatic methods,and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)using direct methods.Measurements were obtained during two time periods:1~2 years and 2~3 years after acute illness.The serum lipid values of 30 sex-and age-matched healthy controls were also measured.Results:HDL-C levels were depressed in the first and second interval,and significantly lower than that of healthy controls(P<0.05),but no significant differences were observed between the two periods(P>0.05).The values of TC diminished and TG,LDL-C increased slightly in the two periods,but this did not achieve statistical significance both compared with control subjects and between the two periods(P>0.05).Conclusion:KD is associated with important abnormalities in lipid metabolism after the acute stage.Long-term follow-up of this population is necessary to monitor lipid levels.
