摘要
民办高校是当今社会经济发展的产物。怎样有效地筹措社会资金,建立较为完善的民营高校管理制度,以及如何明晰产权,使学校得以健康发展,这些问题的解决,都离不开办学模式的创新。
Private higher learning institutions are the byproducts of economic development in China.This essay expounds how to raise funds, how to establish mature system of managing schools and how to crystallize property right to ensure schools' smooth development. The innovative way of running school will be the key to all of the issues above.
