摘要
目的 :解决区域层面上军队卫生资源的合理布局问题 ,为科学分布战区军队医疗资源提供理论依据和决策工具。方法 :在军队卫生资源配置宏观研究的基础上 ,通过对区域军队医疗资源分布和利用分析 ,构建医疗机构资源分布理论与优化模型 ,进行布局优化。结果 :提出了区域军队医疗机构资源的优化分布方案 ,研发区域军队医疗机构资源分布决策支持系统软件。结论 :模型构建合理 ,灵敏性较高 ;系统开放式设计 ,使用方便 。
Objective: Solve problem of distributing rationality of regional military health resources. Provide evidences and practical informationization tools for establishing the military region health planning scientifically. Methods: Based on the macroscopic research of health resource allocation completed by former group, by analyzing the distribution and utilization of regional military health resources, the theory and optimizing model of resources distribution of region military medical treatment organization was established.Results: Optimizing distribution project on resource of regional military medical treatment organization was put forward. We developed the decision support system software of resources distribution of regional military medical treatment organization. Conclusion: The model is designed rationally and has higher sensitivity. The open-designed software system which is easy to operate can be applied to all kinds of regional health planning.
