摘要
从素质教育与高校共青团工作相结合的角度 ,探讨了素质拓展意义、目的和指导方针 ,并构建了以组织保障为前提 ,以阵地与项目建设为核心 ,以学分管理机制为关键 ,以配套建设为保障的素质拓展规划体系。
From the angle of the combination of quality oriented education and the work of the Communist Youth League, the article discussed the significance, aim and guidelines of diathesis development, and constructed a diathesis development program system which based on organization guarantee, centered on the construction of position and projects, regarded the credit management mechanism as the key point and safeguarded by corresponding constructions
