摘要
本文建立了开式齿轮传动优化设计的数学模型,并选择相应的优化方法。若为多级传动时是将有约束的非线性规划问题构造成外点惩罚法的无约束非线性规划问题,用Powell法寻优;若为单级或二级传动时用直接法——复合形法寻优。优化过程中的整数化,可再进行减元寻优法。通过实例计算,获得成功的设计。
In this paper,the mathematical model of optimizatiom design of open arrangement of gears is given, and the method of optimization is selected to use correspondingly . For multispeed transmission , the nonlinear programming problem with constraints is converted to the unconstraited problem of method, and the powe11 method is employed for optimization. For single or double transmission , the direct search method-the complex method is used for optimization . The reducing integer pro gramming method is used.A successful design is made by the calculating of practical examples.
