摘要
瘦素(Leptin)是脂肪细胞分泌的细胞因子样激素,具有增加能量消耗、减少食物摄取、调节能量平衡等功能。瘦素在结构上与白细胞介素2(IL-2)相似,可能在机体免疫应答的产生和维持中发挥作用。实验发现缺乏瘦素的动物对多种自身免疫性疾病具有抵抗作用,血清瘦素水平与T辅助细胞(Th)功能紊乱、Th1类细胞因子过度表达及多发性硬化易感性相关。
Leptin, cytokine-hormone from fat cells, plays the role of increasing the consumption of energy, decreasing the ingestion of food and adjusting the balance of energy. Similar with interleukin-2 (IL-2) in structure, Leptin may help to induce and maintain the immune response in organism. It was found that the animals lacking of Leptin could resist the various autoimmune diseases. The elevation of serum leptin levels is correlated with dysfunction of T-helper (Th) cells, overexpression of Th1 cytokine and susceptibility of multiple sclerosis.
