摘要
数字城市不是信息基础设施和高新技术的简单堆积,而是信息技术、网络技术、数字技术在城市运行的各个层面的渗透、融和与互动。建设数字城市难点不仅在于技术、资金、人才的缺乏,更在于管理理念的陈旧、部门之间的割据、信息意识的薄弱以及地域信息拥有量的极度不均。因此,重点剖析这些更深层次的难点,并结合中国城市化的现状特点,提出科学、有效地建设数字城市的具体路径和措施。
The digital city is not piled up briefly by the information infrastructure and high technology, it needs information technology, network technology, digital technology to infiltrate into each aspect of city operating processes. The difficulties of constructing digital city are not only lack of technology, financing and talents, but also concerning the backwardness of management drop behind, separation of the departments, weak of consciousness of the using information and digital gap. The paper emphatically analyses these difficult points from the deeply levels and puts forward a proposal to effective, scientifically build the digital city combing the situations of China.
