摘要
研究了微波应用于中药生产中杀菌的工艺条件。结果表明:对于中药片剂而言,通过10kW微波杀菌中药粉湿颗粒8分钟后,物料中心温度为78.4-78.6℃,水分含量从28.0%降至18.0%,灭菌效率达97%以上;对于中药丸剂而言,采用丸条灭菌的方法,涂油保水杀菌10分钟后,丸条中心温度达76.0-80.0℃,水分由20.0%降至14.0%左右,灭菌效率达96%,是用单独加热法不能达到的。冷却后制丸符合国家标准。
Technical conditions of microwave used to produce the traditional Chinese medicine were studied. The results indicated that: For the traditional Chinese tablets, after disinfecting traditional Chinese medicine wet granules with l0kW microwave for 8 minutes, the temperatures of the center of materials was 78.4-78.6 ℃, the moisture declined from 28.0% to 18.0%, and the efficiency of disinfection surpassed 97.0%. For the traditional Chinese medicine pills,after spreading oil on the linear materials for preservation of moisture and then treating them with microwave for 10 minutes, the temperature of the center of the materials got to 76-80℃, the moisture decreased from 20.0% to 14.0%, and the efficiency of disinfection reached 96.0%, which was never achieved by exclusive heating. The pellets produced by cooling material was in accordance with the national standard.
