摘要
目的总结心脏外科术后多器官功能衰竭(MODS)患者的治疗。方法对16例心脏术后MODS患者的临床资料进行回顾分析。结果本组病例总死亡4例,死亡率占同期总心脏手术病例的0.46%,占MODS的25%;其中12例2个系统器官衰竭患者,死亡1例;3例3个系统器官衰竭患者,死亡2例;1例4个系统器官衰竭患者,死亡1例;本组3例出现脑部并发症。结论提高手术技巧,缩短体外循环时间,正确处理低心排,肾衰早期透析,加强胃肠道管理,预防感染是治疗成功的关键因素。
Objective To review the treatment of multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS) after cardiac surgery.MethodsThe clinical data of 16 patients with MODS wereanalyzed retrospectively.ResultsTwelve cases had two organ failure and 1 died;3 caseshad three organ failure and 2 died;1 case had 4 organ failure which resulted in death.Themortality rate was 25% in those with MODS.ConclusionThe key factors to increase thecure rate should be paid attention,such as improving operative technique,reducing aortic crossclamp time,the proper management of low cardiac output syndrome,and careful treatmentof respiratory disorder,etc.[
