摘要
介绍了PVC结构的不稳定缺陷及其稳定化改性机理 ,提出了键合理论 ,深化了稀土类热稳定剂稳定机理。综述了各种PVC热稳定剂的特点及其研究现状 ,指出无毒、高效、多功能化是PVC热稳定剂发展的主要方向 ,并简要探讨了实现该方向的研发创新方略。
The unstable disfigurement of PVC and its modification mechanism was introduced,especially the stabilization mechanism of rare earth thermal stabilizer is deepened by the presented bond-combination theory.The recent developments of the thermal stabilizers were summarized.Non-toxicity,high efficiency and multifunction are the main development direction of the thermal stabilizers.Some research and development methods for the direction are also discussed.
