摘要
针对国内某引进的SRT-Ⅲ型裂解炉,采用区域法理论,将炉内分成许多区,列出其热平衡方程式,最终求得炉内的温度和裂解产物等的分布信息,并与实测值进行了比较,表明所建模型是准确的。
Based on the zone method, an ethylene cracking furnace with the type of SRT-Ⅲ is devided in a number of zones for which heat-balance equations are established, and then the information about temperature profiles and crack products is derived from those equations and compared with that from measurements, demonstrating the effectiveness of modelling described as above.
