摘要
采用文献调研、专家访谈、逻辑分析等方法,通过引入"奖励相对强度"的概念,在对我国奥运冠军国家物质奖励分析的基础上提出:选用我国职工平均工资为参照对象调整我国奥运冠军国家奖励金额,并在一段时期内,可采用奖励人均工资相对强度每年递增47%的水平,同时给出了在未来一段时期内,调整我国奥运冠军国家奖励金额计算公式,并预测第28和29届奥运我国冠军国家物质奖励的金额分别为25万元和40万元。
By using the method of documentary,expert interview,logical analysis,this paper put forwards that staff average wage of our country should be chosen as standard to adjust our Olympic champion material award by leading into the concept of award relative strength and base on the analysis of our Olympic champion national material award.It can increase progressively every year with the award wages relative strength of average per capital at the level of 47% for a period of time.At the same time,we should adjust calculate formula of our Olympic champion and forecast the amount of award for champion in 28^(th) and 29^(th) Olympic Games,the amount is 25,00,00 and 40,00,00 yuan.
