摘要
发展循环经济是实施可持续发展战略的重要途径。本文通过论述循环经济的发展原则、理论基础,阐述了循环经济的运行模式。即在企业生产、共生和社会消费三个层次上构成循环经济下制造系统的概念和运行模式。
Developing circular economy is an important way to implement sustainable development strategy. This paper dissertate the basic theories of circular economy firstly. Then it expounds the operational mode of circular economy. Finally, on the basis of the situation of market economy in China, it analyzes the main obstacles facing China in developing its circular economy and puts forward the appropriate countermeasures.
