摘要
通过对染色体数目的研究,发现长白山的笃斯越桔有二倍体和四倍体两种类型,不同倍性分布在不同的海拔高度。大兴安岭的笃斯越桔为二倍体和四倍体混生;大兴安岭的红豆越桔群体中有二倍体和四倍体两种类型,其中四倍体为首次报道,并初步证明原定正种为四倍体。在长白山发现我国新纪录种——六倍体蔓越桔。
The chromosome number of Vactinium species in Northeast China was studied. The diploid and. the tetraploid bog bilberries ( Vactinium uliginosum L, ) were discovered both in the Changbai Mountain region1-and the Greater Xingan Mountain regions. In the Changbai Mountain regions,they are distributed at different altitudes based on their ploidy, and in the Greater Xingan Mountain regions, the Bog bilberry is a mixed population of diploid and tetraploid.In the Greater Xingan Mountain regions, the cowberry ( Vaccinium vitis-idaea L, ) is also a mixed population of diploid and tetraploid , the tetraploid cowberry being recorded for the first time.The species,Vaccinium vitis-idaea L.,is preliminarily affirmed to be a tetraploid.In the Changbai Mountain regions,the newly recorded cranberry species, hexaploid cranberry ( Vaccinium hage-rupii (L.&L.) Ahokas ) , was discovered in China.
