摘要
针对百善选煤厂浮选精煤产率严重下降的问题 ,采用红外光谱 (FTIR)分析了该煤的内部结构特征及变质程度 ,通过浮选试验 ,研究了药剂制度 ,矿浆浓度 ,部分细泥脱除和添加分散剂等工艺措施对浮选精煤产率的影响 。
The paper study on the problem of the yield of clean coal decreasing seriously of Baishan coal preparation plant.Analogizing the internal structure feature and metamorphic grade by FTIR(Fourier transform Infrared Spectroscopy).Studying the influence of technological measures on the yield of clean coal by doing experiments of regime of agent,pulp density,partial de slime and dispersing agent addition.Putting forward the technological measures for improving the coal flotation efficiency.
