高温对人脑胶质瘤的生物效应观察

摘要 我们在人脑胶质瘤手术切除后遗留的腔隙内置入43.5~45℃高温塑料水囊30min处理其周围残余的瘤组织。光镜下发现加热处理后的胶质瘤瘤细胞核固缩、扭曲或核溶解,白细胞附壁、渗出并浸润坏死组织,血栓形成和管壁纤维素样坏死。电镜下可见瘤细胞线粒体肿胀、溶酶体增多,胶质原纤维离散、微管消失、多聚核蛋白体解聚;内皮细胞微绒毛增加和胞浆内空泡增多。对高温杀伤胶质瘤细胞的机制进行了讨论。 The artificial elastic cyst filled with water at 43.5-45℃ was placed immediately into a cavity left by a surgical removal of human glioma. Under the light microscope karyopyknosis, karyorrhexis and karyolysis of retained tumor cells within pericavity tissue, margination of white blood cells, fibroid necrosis of blood wall and thrombosis were fund, infrastructure showed swollen mitochondrias, an increase in lysosomes, disorder of microtubuli and glialfibrin, dissociation of polyribosomes, an increase in microvilli and vacuolation of endo-thelial cells. These findings support direct biological effect of hyperthermia on human glioma. The mechanism of killing of the glioma cells by hyperthermia was also discussed here.
