高校后勤社会化改革能否取得预期效果 ,除了政府和学校强有力的政策支持外 ,高校后勤人员的整体素质至关重要。尽快建立起吸纳、稳定、培养各级各类人才的管理机制 。
Apart from the powerful policy support provided by government and college management, overall competence of college rear-service staff is very important to the socialization reform of college rear-service. To construct a mechanism for attracting and developing different kinds of talent as soon as possible will help the socialization reform of college rear-service go on smoothly and healthily.
