摘要
随着高校招生、收费制度的改革 ,高等学校学生欠费问题日益突出 ,致使学校不堪重负 ,这对办学经费本来就很紧张的高校来讲无疑是雪上加霜。长此以往 ,必将严重影响高校的建设和发展。因此 ,对这个问题应引起高度重视 。
With the reform of enrollment and tuition, college students' arrears of tuition have become increasingly conspicuous. This adds to the colleges' burden, makes colleges more economically difficult, and consequently, will affect the construction and development of the colleges. Thus, we should attach great importance to the issue and take effective measures.
