采矿与岩土工程复合型高级人才的培养模式实践 被引量:26

摘要 根据采矿工程是庞大复杂的岩土工程的事实 ,研究了采矿与岩土工程学科的知识体系、人才培养计划、就业的相通性 ,将“采矿工程”专业拓宽为“采矿与岩土工程”专业 ;在近十年里对原采矿工程专业的培养计划、课程、教材进行了改革和建设 ,培养了一大批复合型学士、硕士和博士 ;证明了采矿工程人才和岩土工程人才可双向流动和两个专业的可合并性 ;通过改革 ,也拓宽了采矿专业教师的知识和科研领域 ,提高了实验室利用率 ;从而保证了中南大学采矿学科在多年大环境不利的形势下 。 A mining project is like a complicated and large scale geo-technical site similar features between the knowledge system, training program and student careers in the two disciplines of mining engineering and geo-technical engineering are compared here.The investigating result shows that these two disciplines have many aspects sharing the same characteristics Therefore, the mining engineering major for students can be reformed into the combined major of mining and geo-technical engineering program to meet the requirements of market demands The reform, including the training program, teaching activities and textbooks was carried out in the past ten years, and a great number of Ph D, MS and BS students graduated in the combined major and successfully got jobs This practice proves that students in mining and geo-technical majors have similar abilities and these two majors can be combined together Also, the reform helps teachers expand their ken system and research areas The efficiency of laboratories was enhanced too Furthermore, the reform makes the mining engineering discipline of Central South University not only survive but also has made great progress under a very difficult circumstance for many years
