摘要
目的 :评价改进保留灌肠方法治疗肝性脑病的效果。方法 :随机将 12 0例肝性脑病患者分为对照组和观察组 ,两组均用保肝降酶及抗肝昏迷处理。对照组采用常规保留灌肠方法 ,观察组采用改进插管深度的密闭式灌肠方法。结果 :改进保留灌肠方法后 ,延长了药物保留于肠道内的时间 ,药物作用发挥得更有效。结论 :提高了肝性脑病患者的治疗效果 ,疗效可靠 ,值得推广。
Objective:To investigate nursing effect about treatment of hepatic encephalopathy by improved reserved enema.Method:120 cases had been divided into control and observation group in which we had accepted new method of close enema,with changed depth.All received anticoma therapy and medicine which decrease enzyme,protect liver.Result:Improved enema method can maintain medicine in gut for longer time.Conclusion:Improved enema method can increase therapeutic result of hepatic encephalopathy.
