初期釉质龋中暗带的超微结构研究

摘要 应用氩离子减薄技术制作牙超薄样品,运用透射电镜对初期釉质龋中含有典型暗带的10例样本进行了观察。结果显示暗带内同时存在着脱矿与再矿化,脱矿轻微而再矿化明显,再矿化表现为两种形式:(1)釉柱内细晶体的聚集;(2)釉往周边圆晶体的聚集,再矿化的发生不仅与矿物质的沉积有关,可能还与晶体的生长有关,病变釉质的多孔性增加是矿物质沉积的途径。电子衍射结晶学分析显示暗带各组份皆由磷灰石构成。 By the use of argon-ion-beam thining technique,the author observed to specimens of ul-trathin sections of natural initial enamel caries.The dark zones of the lesions were seen un-der transmission electron microscopy.The result showed that demineralization and remi-neralization processes were taken place simultaneously in the zones.Demineralizationwas slight and remineralization distinct.There are two forms of remineralization phenome-na.(1)Clustering of the small thin crystals within prisms;(2)Clustering of the rounded crystals around the prism boundaries.Remineralization was considered to be related to mineral precipitation and crystal gr-owth.The mineral substance precipitated in dark zone was mainly relased from enamel dissol-utions of the body of lesions.Increasing in microporosity of the destroyed enamel admittedthe moving of the mineral precipitation.The electron diffraction crystallographic analysis sh-owed that all parts consisted of apatite crystals.
