摘要
目的 :探讨高血压病的影响因素与中医证型的关系。方法 :采取系统抽样调查法以浙江省绍兴市越城区中老年高血压病人群为调查对象。结果 :高血压病影响因素与中医证型具有相关性。性别 (P <0 0 5)、年龄、文化程度、家族史、体重不同 ,吸烟与不吸烟、饮酒与不饮酒以及有无并发糖尿病、高脂血症和脑卒中 (P <0 0 1 )的高血压患者群在中医证型上存在差异。血压分级、脉压、靶器官损害以及并存临床情况反映出 4种中医证型之间高血压病危重程度逐步提高的趋势 (P <0 0 1 ) ,其中阴阳两虚证危害程度较高 。
Objective: Explore the relationship between TCM sign types and influencing factors of hypertension. Method: Take systematic sampling investigation for the subjectives of middle aged and senile persons in Yuecheng district, Shaoxing city,Zhejiang province. Result: There's relation between TCM sign types and influencing factors of hypertension; on sex( P <0 0), age, education, family history, weight, smoking and drinking, accompanied diabetes, hyperlipemia and cerebral apoplexy( P <0 01), all these of hypertension patients appeared diferent in TCM sign types. Blood pressure level, pulse pressure, target organ injury and clinical supervention reflected the gradual development of the hypertension of 4 TCM types ( P <0 01),among which, both deficiency of yin and yang was most severe with comparative worse prognosis.
