摘要
由于双平面X射线造影系统只能提供两幅有限的投影数据 ,冠状动脉树的三维重建在匹配、优化几何变换矩阵等方面存在困难。研究了冠状动脉树结构的特征点自动识别方法 ,提出几何变换矩阵的优化方法和一种新型、简便的分段匹配方法。通过对两幅X射线造影图像进行细化、分割和匹配等处理 ,实现了冠状动脉树结构的三维重建。
The purpose of this study is to provide a 3D reconstruction of the skeleton of the coronary artery tree from two X-ray angiograms acquired on a biplane angiographic system. We successfully reconstruct coronary artery tree skeleton by six main steps. Particular attentions have been paid to the automatic identification of skeleton′s feature points and the geometrical transformation′s optimization. At the same time a novel simple method of matching is presented. The results are encouraging.
