摘要
目的 对髌骨骨折两种内固定方法进行疗效分析 ,探讨最佳治疗方案。方法 两组治疗骨折73例 ,其中 4 3例采用粗丝线环扎法 ,30例采用改良AO张力带法。结果 对于横形骨折 ,粗丝线环扎法优良率为 72 7% ,改良张力带法优良率为 95 8% ,差异有显著意义 (χ2 =4 74 ,P <0 0 5 ) ;对于粉碎性骨折 ,前种方法优良率 (71 4 % )稍大于后种治疗 (5 0 0 % ) ,差异无显著意义 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 对髌骨粉碎性骨折可选用粗丝线环扎法 ,而髌骨横形骨折可首选改良张力带固定法。
Objective To compare effectiveness of two internal fixation methods for the treatment of patellar fracture.Methods Seventy-three cases of fresh fracutrex were reviewed.In all cases,thick thread loop-lock tenorrhaphy was performed in 43 cases and modified AO tension-band method,in 30 cases.Results For transverse fracture,the excellent rate of thick thread loop-lock method was 72.7%,while of modified AO tension-bomd method the same rate was 95.8%.The difference was signifiance(χ 2=4.74,P<0.05).For comminuted fracture,the excellent rate of the first method was a little higher than that of the second method,the difference was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Thick thread loop-lock tenorrhaphy is an more effective method for the treatment of comminuted fracture of patellar.But modified AO tension-band fixation method is more effective for the treatment of transverse fracture of patellar.
