摘要
针对批量生产双曲回转光学镜面精密模具的数控加工问题,给出了用平头铣刀三轴联动加工方案,证明了最小曲率半径在顶点存在.分析了残留高度随曲率半径的变化趋势,并给出了工具参数,加工行距以及加工数控进给量的整套计算模型,为此类精密镜面批量生产模具的制造提供了全面参考.
The machining scheme using flat-end milling cutter in 3-axis NC machining for producing the hyperbola gyre surface model of optical mirror in batch is put forward, and that the shortest radius of curvature exists in the acme of the surface is proved. The changing tendency of remained height with the increasing of radius of curvature is analyzed. The integrated mathematical model for calculating level and axis feed speed is made. And then, the feasibility and reliability of the scheme, model and the formula, are proved. Therefore, comprehensive data for producing this model of the optical mirror in a batch is provided.
