摘要
从钢铁企业生产成本控制的需要出发,在分析了流程工业ERP/MES/PCS三级结构功能和特点的基础上,将信息技术与现代管理技术相结合,提出了钢铁企业生产成本控制的三维体系结构,并按通用性和层次结构对成本控制的功能模块进行了划分,对每层结构对应的成本控制功能进行了描述·该体系结构将钢铁企业的经济指标、技术指标与生产过程控制紧密结合,有助于企业生产与管理信息的集成,实现生产成本控制的动态性和可操作性,从而有效降低企业生产成本·
Based on the necessity to control the production cost of an iron & steel enterprise, the functions and characteristics of ERP/MES/PCS for flow-process industries are analyzed. Combining the information technology with modern management technology, a three-dimensional architecture of production cost control for iron & steel enterprise is presented. In view of the versatility and hierarchy, the function modules of cost control are divided into some layers and described. The economic indexes, technical indexes and production process control are combined together in the architecture which is useful to the integration of production with management information. The architecture can implement dynamically the operability of cost control, thus reducing effectively the production cost of an iron & steel enterprise.
