摘要
在社会主义市场经济下,探讨中国区域政策的走向有着深远的现实意义。本文从历史分析入手,用大量事实证明了中国区域政策演变的实质就是倾斜度的提高。倾斜度加大虽然促进了中国经济的发展,但同时也带来了一系列问题,对此,作者提出制定中国区域政策必须坚持适度倾斜的原则,开发优势区位潜力。
Development strategy relates to region closely, and it is expressed in the form of regional policy. Therefor, the essence of development strategy is regional policy in the final analysis. Under the circumstance of socialism market economy, the study of regional policy is very important. To start with historical analysis, this paper demonstrates that the essence of the process of Chinese regional pocily is the increase of regional policy gradient. Although, the increase of gradient can accelerate Chinese economy largely, it also brings about many problems. In order to solve these problems, this paper puts forward that we must stick to proper unbalance principle and develop the potentiality of advantageous area when we draw up regional policy.
