摘要
本文主要研究了阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)的合成工艺对其增强效果的影响。采用水溶液聚合的方法制备聚丙烯酰胺,然后通过霍夫曼酰胺降级反应将其阳离子化,研究合成工艺中反应温度、反应时间、引发剂用量对聚丙烯酰胺的增干强效果的影响。试验结果表明在反应温度70℃,反应时间120min、K2S2O8用量1.5%时,所得阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺增强效果最好。
The relation of synthetic process and strengthening effect of CPAM was studied in this paper, The results showed the synthetic time, synthetic temperature and the amount of K2S2O8 had important influence to the strengthening effect of CPAM. In all of these factors, the temperature is the most one to strengthening effect of CPAM, the synthetic time is the lest.At this condition, the temperature 70℃, the time 120 min, the amount of K2S2O8 1.5%, the paper had the best strength.
