摘要
血管生长因子对于肿瘤的血管新生具有重要的作用 ,因此也影响肿瘤的发生、发展、浸润和转移等生物学行为。肝细胞癌 (hepatocellularcarcinoma ,HCC)是富血供的肿瘤 ,血管生长因子对其微血管的生成影响较大。介绍了与HCC有关的血管生长因子 ,并阐述它们的作用机制 。
Vascular growth factors may play an important role in tumor angiogenesis,and also affect tumor biological behavior such as development,progression,invasion and metastasis.Because hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) is hypervascular,growth factors have more influence on angiogenesis in HCC.This review indicates some factors related to HCC,and explains their functional mechanism.
