摘要
温度对TMCP工艺影响很大,其中控温温度和终轧温度又相互影响,为此分析了中厚板轧制过程中温度的变化特点,将控温温度与终轧温度之间的关系转化成一个单调增函数,然后提出了相应的优化算法,以避免该单调增函数的不连续性,并利用二分法快速求出控温温度的具体值。该算法可为TMCP工艺的有效控制提供保障。
The temperature schedule has a great influence on the technology of TMCP. The holding temperature and the finish temperature are influenced by each other. Based on the characteristic of temperature variation in plate rolling process, a monotone function of control temperature and finish temperature can be got. Then a optimization algorithm was proposed to avoid the uncontinuity of the monotone function, so the dichotomy could be used for calculating the control temperature by iteration. This algorithm provides a effective support for the technology of TMCP.
