摘要
县域经济的发展速度对我国经济的快速发展有重要影响。目前县域经济发展的问题是,经济总量小,发展速度缓慢,以农业经济为主,工业化水平低,财政困难。制约县域经济发展有其复杂的原因。加快发展县域经济的关键是实施工业强县战略,加快农业产业化进程,加快基础设施建设,改革乡镇财政体制,深化行政与事业机构改革,改革干部考核制度,实施系统工程,研究综合性措施,尽快走出发展低谷。
The developing speed of county economy exert important influence on our country's economy development. At present, the problems of county economy development include: the gross economy isn 't big enough, developing speed is slow, agricultural economy is the main manner of county economy, the level of industrialization is low, public finance face much difficulties. The reasons which restrict the development of county economy are complicated, the key to speed up county economy is put stratagem of making county economy strong through industrialization into practice. We should quicken the course of agricultural industrialization, speed up infrastructure building, reform villages and towns' fiscal system, deepen the reform of administration and organization, improve cadres assessment system, implement system project, research compositive countermeasures, walk out the development downturn as soon as possible.
