摘要
传统网络主机管理中一般采用SNMP方式来获得设备信息,但SNMP方式并不能提供主机管理中所需的所有设备信息。针对SNMP方式的这一不足,文中提出并设计实现了一种CLI解决方案,该方案采用RMI与XML相结合的技术,通过RMI方式获取设备信息,并通过配置XML文件提取所需的设备信息,从而达到获取SNMP方式所不能获得的设备信息的目的,有效地弥补了SNMP方式的不足。该方案管理方式灵活,配置简单,具有一定的安全性,并在实际运用中被证明是一种行之有效的网络主机管理方案。
In traditional network management, used to get the device's information through SNMP, but it can not provide all information needed. In this paper, discusses one kind of CLI solution based on RMI & XML technology to solve the limitation of SNMP in network management, and gives its design and implementation. This method use RMI to get the device's information, then draw the useful information by configure XML file. This method is simple, flexible, and secure. It has been proved effective in actual network host managerment.
