摘要
在许多刑事案件现场中,犯罪分子总是利用各种各样方法和手段开锁、破坏琐,以非法手段进入某一特定的空间进行犯罪活动。现场勘察发现,使用这种手段作案的比例较高。为了打击此类犯罪,痕迹检验人员必须掌握对各类开锁、破坏锁案件中锁痕的勘验、检验方法,以便正确判断罪犯作案手段和工具,为侦察破案提供线索和证据。
Many investigation in scenes of criminal cases show that criminals always use all sorts of methods to unfasten or destroy locks, and then enter into specific spaces to commit crimes. It's also shown that this modus operandi has higher proportion. In order to crack down on this kind of crime, trace inspection personnel should master inspection methods of lock traces to correctly judge modus operandi or tools for criminal purpose and provide the case with clues and evidences for investigating and uncovering the case.
