输注加温液体对围手术期低温和寒战的影响 被引量:4

The effect of preheat the fluid infusion on preventing patients' hypothermia and chill during operation

摘要 目的 :观察输注 37~ 38℃的液体对手术患者体温、寒战的影响。方法 :采用实验性研究法 ,选择硬膜外麻醉的手术患者 1 2 0例 ,随机分为观察组 6 0例 (输注加温液体 )和对照组 6 0例 (输注室温液体 ) ;采用单盲法观察并记录 2组患者入手术室时、麻醉后 1 0′、麻醉后 30′、手术结束即刻的体温变化、寒战发生率、输注液体总量、手术时间 ;记录结果采用t检验法和确切概率法处理 ,P <0 0 5为有统计学显著差异。结果 :对照组和观察组体温变化有显著差异 ,P <0 0 1 ,寒战发生率有显著差异 ,P <0 0 5 ;输入液体量、手术时间、年龄、性别无差异 ,P >0 0 5。结论 Objective:To observe the effect of preheat the IV infusion fluid to 37~38℃ for patients who were undertaken operation.Method:Experimental study was used and 120 patients were chosen for this study.They were randomly divided into two groups,experimental group and control group,singal blind method was used for observating patients' temperature chill,the total amount of infusion and then recorded when patient entered the operating room and 10′ after anaesthesia.Results:There was significant statistic difference between two groups(P<0.05).And there was significant difference in patients' temperature change between experimental group and control group (P<0.01).So did chill happened rate(P<0.05).But there were no statistic difference in duration of operation,patient's age,gender and the amount of infusion.Clonclusion:Preheat the IV fluid can prevent hypothermia and chill for patients who were undergo operation.
