摘要
电桥测量中,为了减少测量误差常常采用平衡电桥。平衡电桥最终输出为零,测量误差仅取决于可变电位器的精度及其与被测量的线性关系,而与电桥电源电压无关。传统的平衡电桥检测中,调零过程复杂且调节费时。分析了平衡电桥工作原理以及数字电位器的特点,选用数字电位器作为电桥平衡调节的智能微调元件,并采用单片机作为平衡电桥自动调零的智能控制器,实现了电桥调节的数字化,满足了平衡电桥测量的快速性和准确性的要求。
To decrease the measuring error,the balance bridge is often used in the bridge measurement.The final output of the balance bridge is zero and its error is just determined by the precision of the potentiometer and the linear relation with the measured reference,having nothing to do with the power voltage.The process of zero adjusting is complex and time-consuming in traditional balance bridge measurement.The principle of the balance bridge and features of the digital potentiometer were analyzed.The balance bridge was composed of a sensor and the digital potentiometers used adjusting components.The output of the balance bridge is transmitted to A/D converter through the amplifier.The digital potentiometer is automatically adjusted according to the output of the balance bridge by the MCS-51 micro-controller.In this way,the digital balance bridge comes true and meets needs of the high speed and accuracy.
