摘要
本文应用二层次综合评判模式及建立模糊隶属函数的综合评判模式,对马钢公司等单位的技改项目,按文献中指标体系的要求,作了数据资料的调查与整理,并给出相应评价,取得了与实际相符合的结论。
Through the applications of the comprehensive rating models of two levels and the establishing mode subordinate functions, this papermakes an investigation and arrangement to the digetal data of technological reform items in some units including Maanshan Steel & Iron Company according to the requirements of Index System in Literature (1)and gives a evaluation. And the result obtained is quite greement with reality.
